F1’s original night race returns, and for the first time, there will be an F1 Sprint. The 2026 Singapore Grand Prix takes place on 9-11 October. Here’s everything you need to know if you’re heading to Marina Bay Street Circuit!

The Singapore Grand Prix joined the Formula 1 calendar almost 20 years ago for the sport’s first-ever night race. The event still feels as fresh now as it did back then, combining epic night racing with world-class entertainment. One of the most popular events on the schedule, the city state of Singapore is ready for the latest edition of its iconic event.

If you’re yet to secure tickets, a limited number of grandstand seats and hospitality passes are currently available via Grand Prix Events. Choose from seats in the Pit, Super Pit or Turn 1 grandstands, plus exclusive Paddock Club hospitality.

Accessing the Circuit

  • Location Map: Marina Bay Street Circuit
  • Public Transport: If you’re not within walking distance of the track, the MRT (metro) is the easiest way to get from your hotel to the circuit. Services run until 1am on race weekend. Check out this map for a handy guide to metro station locations around Marina Bay Street Circuit. .
  • Ride Share & Taxis: Download the popular local ride share app Grab for the cheapest fares. Taxis are also plentiful in Singapore, but you need to remember that many roads around the circuit are closed on race weekend. It may be quicker to take the MRT.
  • Entrance Gates & Opening Times: Ten gates provide access to Marina Bay Street Circuit. Gates are open from 13:30 on Friday (except for Zones 3 and 4, where gates open at 14:00), 14:15 on Saturday and 15:00 on Sunday.
  • Circuit Zones: The circuit is divided into four zones. Not all tickets provide access to all zones, check your ticket for further information.

F1 Paddock Club at the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix

  • Finding the Paddock Club, Parking & Shuttles: The Paddock Club is located above the team garages on the start-finish straight. The closest entrance is via Gate 2. (Gate 1 and Gate 8 are also close to the Paddock Club). Alternatively, a shuttle service is provided to and from The Kallang Car Park C, which can be reached via MRT (Stadium Station - CC6, Exit B) or taxi/ride share (next to the OCBC Arena).   • Paddock Club Map: Find your way around the F1 Paddock Club, from the welcome area and garden to the Club Lounge (common area), private suites, pop-up restaurants, grandstand and roof terraces. Check the directory here.
  • Paddock Club Schedule: The Paddock Club is open from 13:45-23:00 on Friday, 14:45-23:00 on Saturday and 15:00-23:00 on Sunday. There will be two pit lane walks on Friday, one on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Paddock Club Restaurants: One of the features of the Paddock Club in Singapore is that in addition to your in-suite dining, you can also dine at one of twelve pop-up restaurants and bars located in the atrium (welcome) area of Paddock Club across levels 1- 3. Reservations are recommended. The restaurants close at 22:30 each evening, with last orders from 22:00. Learn more here.

2026 Singapore Grand Prix Weekend Schedule

For the first time, Marina Bay Street Circuit will host the F1 Sprint format at the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix. Porsche Carrera Cup Asia is the only support series on the schedule, with races on both Saturday and Sunday. The local times for F1 action at this year’s Singapore Grand Prix are listed below.

  • Friday, 9 October
    • 16:30-17:30: Free Practice 1
    • 20:30-21:14: Sprint Qualifying
  • Saturday, 10 October
    • 17:00-18:00: Sprint (21 laps or 60 minutes)
    • 21:00-22:00: Qualifying
  • Sunday, 11 October
    • 20:00-22:00: Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026 (62 laps or 120 minutes)

Trackside Entertainment at the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix

  • Trackside Concerts: Nowhere does trackside concerts quite like Singapore! There are a host of stages around the circuit, featuring both international and local acts. The biggest artists headline on the Padang and Wharf Stages. This year’s headline acts include The Killers, Zara Larsson, Janet Jackson and Lana Del Rey.   • Driver Appearances: See the drivers in the F1 Fan Forum on the Wharf Stage in Zone 1. Taking place on Friday (14:30-15:10) and Saturday (15:10-15:40), it’s a perfect opportunity to get closer to the stars of F1.
  • Food & Drink: Food & drink cannot be brought into the circuit from outside. There are many food stalls inside the venue, the largest concentration of which can be found near the Singapore Flyer in Zone 1 or near the Padang area in Zone 4. Food and drink at the track is reasonably priced.
